Hi and welcome to

Jules Woo is an Australian singer/songwriter. Her original acoustic sound was first heard on the streets as a busker in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane at just 18 years of age. 2012 has seen Jules voted (by her fans & the community) as Queensland Pride’s “Artist of the Year”. A commendation Jules is very proud of.  Jules has also featured in Qnews, Scene magazine and on various radio programs including 4ZZZ programs and Switch1197.

Jules began writing and composing original music at age 16. Her solid collection of original music is passionate, catchy and easy to enjoy with hints of acoustic rock, pop, some blues and all carried by her incredible vocals.

Jules Woo has performed at venues including; The Tempo Hotel (Fortitude Valley), Ric’s Bar (Fortitude Valley), The Joynt (South Brisbane), Barsoma (Fortitude Valley), The Basement243 (now Crowbar), Kaliber Lounge (Fortitude Valley), The Alibi Room (New Farm), The Jubilee Hotel (Fortitude Valley) and The Wickham Hotel (Fortitude Valley) among other various community festivals and events including Fortitude Valley Fiesta 2011.

Jules has released her debut solo EP which was recorded at Acoostic Zoo Studios in Newmarket Brisbane. Jules co-produced her EP with producer and music engineer, Josef Horhay – one of Australia’s brightest new producers. Josef is currently working on projects for America’s DEFJAM records. The self titled EP is now available to the public at gigs and via her website. Her Singles “Enough” and “Ten Foot Tall” are available on iTunes.
