Finally finally finally my EP is printed and ready to go. YAY! It’s been over 12 months of getting my arse into gear. This has been a MASSIVE learning curb for me. I came pretty close to giving up on it all cos well, I am not the sharpest tool in the shed and I found it difficult to understand all the technical stuff at the best of times. I am getting more confident with negotiating and discussing the ins and outs (in a non-sexual way) and to be honest, I am glad that it’s all over. Now I guess I can look forward to doing a full length album down the track, depending on the success of my EP.

So thanks to Claudia Bordini for financing part of the EP – and her generosity of giving me gigs at her bar – Kaliber Lounge in Fortitude Valley.  It was really the platform I needed to develop into a semi-professional artist. I had some fantastic gigs at Kaliber and am thankful for the opportunity.

Thanks also must go to Gareth Sykes – a great mate and fantastic bass player. You’ll hear him playing bass on the second track of the EP ‘enough’. He did a great job and I look forward to working with him again in the future. Until then, i know we’ll be sharing a lot of beers together. Cos that’s how we roll. Haha.

Big thanks also must go to Michael Fox, who was kind enough to play bass to all other tracks on the album. Michael is not only a fantastic bass player, but also kicks arse on guitar. I was lucky enough to be a vocalist in one of his bands – The Smoking Gun. I had a ball singing with those guys.

Also – I must thank my beautiful partner Nicky. With out her I honestly don’t think I would be where I am now. She has given me the courage and motivation to pursue my music and attended 98% of gigs. I have never had anyone in my life so supportive.

Also – to Mr Andy Mac – one of my best mates. Andy helped me to get the CD duplicated and he is the reason it is available to the public today. So thank you so so much Andy for believing in me. I owe you a lot and couldn’t have done it without your support.

And last of all – lets not forget the infamous WOO CREW. All of you have been so supportive and amazing attending gigs, encouraging me to do more with my music. You’re a fantastic bunch of mates. I love you all. Can’t wait to share the EP with you.
cool – so all thanks done. Time to party! YAY!
